All Classes
Our classes are not about perfect poses. They are about presence, breath, and building a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
Vinyasa Flow Basics
A first flow class that teaches the shapes slowly, names them plainly and lets you breathe. No experience needed, and nothing you have to keep up with.
Slow Flow Restore
A gentle, unhurried flow that finishes on the floor with props and a long rest. Good after a hard week, and good as a first class.
Flowing Harmony Yoga
A musical, well-sequenced flow for people who already know the shapes and want to move between them with more ease.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow
All the structure of a flow class at two-thirds of the speed, with more time in each shape and space to ask questions.
Vinyasa Flow Foundations
A short, focused half-hour that takes one foundational shape apart and rebuilds it properly. Concentrated work for experienced practitioners.
Vinyasa Flow Essentials
A strong, clean flow that builds heat from the ground up. Nothing decorative, everything earned.
Vinyasa Flow Fundamentals
The same handful of shapes every week, taught properly. A deceptively demanding class for people who like to practise rather than perform.
Vinyasa Flow for Everyone
A half-hour flow designed so that nobody in the room has to sit it out. Three genuine options for every shape, including a chair.
Vinyasa Flow for Beginners
A structured introduction that teaches the standard flow vocabulary shape by shape, with time to ask why as well as how.
Dynamic Vinyasa Essentials
An hour of strong, athletic flow with a long, honest rest at the end. Popular with runners, cyclists and anyone who trains hard elsewhere.
Pilates For Women
A mat Pilates hour focused on core strength, pelvic health and posture, taught in small groups with careful attention to each body.
Yin Yoga
Long, quiet floor holds with plenty of props. Three to five minutes in each shape, working the deeper tissue rather than the muscle.
Restorative Yoga
Fully supported shapes held for five to ten minutes, with bolsters and blankets doing all the work. Rest as a practice, not a reward.
Hatha Yoga
Classical hatha with steady holds and clear alignment. The postures are held long enough to understand rather than flowed past.
Vinyasa Yoga
A mid-paced flow linking breath and movement, with a warming build and a steady, satisfying close. The studio's everyday flow class.
Gentle Yoga
Slow, accessible movement for stiff mornings, tired weeks and bodies coming back from something. Chairs available, nothing compulsory.
Power Yoga
The strongest class on the timetable. Sustained standing sequences, real core work and a long rest at the end that you will want.
Ashtanga Yoga
The traditional primary series, counted and taught with warmth rather than dogma. Same sequence every week, adapted where you need it.
Yin Flow Yoga
A short warming flow followed by long yin holds. The best of both: enough movement to settle the mind, enough stillness to change something.
Therapeutic Yoga
Small-group, heavily adapted yoga for people managing pain, injury or recovery. Slow, careful and built around what your body can do today.
Kundalini Yoga
Repetitive movement, strong breathwork and a little chanting. Unusual, energising and taught without any mystique.
Meditative Yoga
A little slow movement and a lot of sitting. A practical introduction to meditation for people who find sitting still difficult.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Still have a question?
Send us a message and we'll come back to you within one business day.
Do I need experience to start?
No. Every class is taught with options rather than expectations, and our Fundamentals and Gentle sessions assume no prior practice at all. Tell your teacher it's your first time and they will look after you.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are all provided, and there are showers and lockers in the changing rooms.
Can I come without a membership?
Yes. Drop-in classes and pay-as-you-go class packs sit alongside our memberships, so you can practise as often or as rarely as suits you.
How early should I arrive?
Fifteen minutes before your first class, and around five for every class after that. It gives you time to check in, settle and set up your mat without rushing.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Pause or cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There are no joining fees and no lock-in contracts, and any unused class credits stay on your account.
Do you teach pregnant or injured students?
We do. Several of our teachers are qualified in pre and postnatal practice and in therapeutic yoga. Let us know before class so your teacher can adapt the session for you.
